Cost effective entry-level COBRA Module

COBRA52235 ModulThe COBRA52235 is the entry-level module of the COBRA (ColdFire Board for Rapid Applications) series. It is based on the MCF52235 ColdFire single chip microcontroller which uses an internal clock of 60 MHz and delivers a performance of 57 MIPS. The COBRA52235 module uses the internal 256 kByte Flash and 32 kByte SRAM as well as the integrated 10/100 MB Ethernet controller of the MCF52235. Two RS232 interfaces, a SPI, a CAN 2.0B interface and an I2C bus interface can be used for data transfer.
In contrast to other COBRA modules, the COBRA52235 module is not supported by a carrier board, because it can be mounted directly into the application. A special version of the NicheTask open source RTOS with free TCP/IP stack and embedded webserver is delivered together with the COBRA52235 module.
